Nikita Vasa
I was treated and cured of a cervical condition through BCST 10 years ago and that's how my journey began. I completed my Two-Year Foundational Training at Body Intelligence Trainings India, and now I'm a certified and registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist. I'm also the Executive Member of the Pacific Association of Craniosacral Therapists (PACT) representing Asia. I also assist the BCST trainings with Body Intelligence Trainings in India. I have completed my Post Graduate in BCST and Trauma and have treated clients for physical, emotional, psychological trauma and chronic pain.
FAQs
The answers you need
What’s a typical Craniosacral Therapy session like?
If it’s your first session it will be between 60-70 minutes. We will discuss your health conditions and how we can work together to get you better.
You will lie fully clothed on the treatment table and receive light-touch holds.
Everything will be done using your permission to ensure safety, gentleness, and comfort.
Follow-up sessions are shorter, between 45-60 minutes with brief conversations before and after the treatment session.
How many BCST sessions will you need?
Well, it depends on a few things:
-
We need to see how the body is responding to the therapy
-
How long you’ve had the condition
-
The supporting measures you take for a sustained change
